Overview

The NYPPEX Central Trading System also performs numerous other functions, for a seamless integrated private trading experience, such as:

  

Portfolio Monitoring – members can view real-time news on selected private company and fund names

  

Transfer Management – counter-parties and issuers can monitor their orders’ status and private trades in settlement process

  

Management Presentations – prospective counter-parties can watch online video presentations by an issuer’s management

Scalable Configuration

  

The NYPPEX Central Trading System consists of multiple servers and uses clustered databases, to provide reliability, flexibility and scalability.

Full Redundancy

  

The NYPPEX Central Trading Systems is designed to have full redundancy and operates in a distributed environment across geographically diverse sites.

  

The system is designed to recover quickly from any single point of failure, and in most cases, will continue to operate without interruption.
